About Us
Our Story
In 2023, a research team from Simon Fraser University (SFU) set out to develop innovative metal oxide nanoparticle synthesis and advanced nano dispersions. Since then, PINA Creation has been dedicated to creating high-quality, reproducible nanostructured thin films using these advanced nano inks.
Our team at PINA Creation consists of scientists from SFU, bringing extensive expertise in Chemistry, Nanomaterials, and Materials Engineering, backed by decades of combined experience in academia, research, and startup ventures.

Dr. Maryam Bari, CEO and Co-founder, possesses a strong background in materials science and technology commercialization.
Professor Zuo-Guang Ye, Chief Technology Officer, is a Distinguished SFU Professor, Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Fellow of the Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), with over 30 years of experience in science and advanced materials.
